We want to be there for your first dates, family gatherings, business dinners or just that craft cocktail you needed at the end of your day.

BLUEBIRD MEANING

 The Bluebird is a symbol of hope, love and renewal. Fittingly, dreaming of a Bluebird often represents joy, fulfillment, prosperity and good luck.

These feelings should be the most prominent when visiting our restaurant. Most trips to a restaurant are a celebration of good news, a date, a birthday or just a needed great meal.

So we thought our name Bluebird Kitchen is not just fitting, it’s perfect.

OUR STORY

We are a restaurant from Chef Albert DiMeglio known from Barano and Rubirosa, that simply wants to be your neighborhood kitchen. A place where everybody knows your name and serves you a thoughtful menu of exactly what you want, and let’s be honest, what you need. We love to do it in a buttoned up, polished way, with lets say… our hair down!

We want to be there for your first dates, family gatherings, business dinners or just that craft cocktail you needed at the end of your day.

Bluebird Kitchen takes great pride in sourcing all the best ingredients from local farms, great wine producers, and the best New York breweries. Sourcing top-tier ingredients from neighborhood vendors also comes with an added perk of an evolving menu that follows seasonality.

Essentially, our community supply-chains ensure peak flavor year-round.
